General Overview

How bright it is and how much outdoor space it has! Most homes in Madrid are built with small windows, but I fell in love with how bright this flat is, with big windows in the living room and bedroom. It makes it bright in winter, and although it can be a heat trap in the summer, being the top floor flat it has three terraces which give good air circulation and helps keep it liveable. I also have a corner bath on one of the terraces which works as a makeshift 'pool' in the summer.
