General overview
Our flat is a beautiful 2-bedroom Victorian era apartment with high ceilings, a traditional bay window and lots of natural light.
The space
Our apartment has an open plan kitchen and living room with washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, blender, oven and cooker. There are plenty of books on our shelves that you're welcome to read!
There's a fold-out dining table in the bay window. It's a beautiful space with high ceilings and a lot of natural light from the big bay window.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The main bedroom is the back bedroom with a double bed. The second bedroom has a double bed that is a high-sleeper. The high sleeper can sleep 2 adults but not everyone would find this comfortable. As the bed is a high sleeper, guests should be careful that any children using this bed are old enough to use it safely. The living room sofa is also a sofa bed that folds out into a double.
There are three desks: one in the front living room, one in the second bedroom and a small one in the back bedroom.
The apartment has one bathroom with toilet, shower and bath. We always have a great supply of hot water.
Wifi signal is good and never has any problems.
Guest access
The apartment is on the first floor in a building of 4 apartments. There are 1.5 flights of stairs in a shared corridor to access the apartment.
Notes
Please note, the apartment does not have any outside space. But we are close to the beach, so you won't mind!

Getting around
Brighton is a very walkable city and has great public transport links. There is a bus stop at the bottom of our road (30 second walk). You can take buses everywhere you need. If you want to explore further, you can take buses and trains out to the South Downs National Park, Lewes, Seven Sisters Cliffs, Cuckmere Haven, Beachy Head and more. We have many great vineyards close by too. There are lots of beautiful places to visit!
