Neighbourhood
Chelsea has everything! Our apartment is very close to the Whitney Museum, Chelsea Market, the High Line, Little Island, Hudson Yards, Madison Square Park, Eataly, and so much more. Chelsea is a beautiful and historic neighborhood with so much to offer. We have three full service grocery stores and a laundromat within a 3 minute walk.
Getting to my home
It is always best to get anywhere in NYC via public transport. You can easily get to our apartment from any of the three major NYC airports via the air train and subway, which drops you off a ~5 walk from our home.
Nearest airport
We have easy access to LGA, JFK, and EWR via the A/C/E trains and the PATH. It is about 1 hour door to door to each airport via public transport.
Getting around
All major subway lines are within a 10 minute walk from our apartment. The closest lines are the 1, A/C/E, and F/M. You can walk to major grocery stores, pharmacies, a laundromat, and convenience stores within 5 minutes. You can walk to an extensive number of clothing stores within 10 minutes.

Hello! I am an interior designer working at a boutique firm & antique furnishings business based in New York. I grew up in Brooklyn and participated in a home exchange in Paris previously. My boyfriend, Bobby, and I live together. He is a cook at one of NY's best french restaurants. We love food, interior design, exploring off-the-beaten-path places, live music, and art.
People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
