Open layout apartment with everything you could need. Located in Parker, CO. 2 br 2 bath including a balcony with a view of Pikes Peak. Community amenities include a pool, hot tub, and lounge area open year round. In addition to a clubhouse with a full gym, fitness room, and billiards. We do have cats and a dog so must be pet allergy free. Walking distance to grocery stores like Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods (opening soon). Also walking distance to some local bars/restaurants. Right off I470 making it only a 25 min commute to the airport, 30-40 mins with traffic to downtown Denver, about 30 mins to the edge of the mountains, about a 1.5 hour commute to popular mountain and ski destinations. 20 mins to closest reservoir with kayak rentals, paddle boarding, and swimming.
