General Overview

Our beautifully decorated and fully furnished two-story home is situated in a residential area in downtown Tulum. On the ground floor, you'll discover the cozy living room with a smart TV, a dining room with seating for six, and a fully equipped kitchen, along with a queen-size bedroom with a private bathroom. This floor features a lovely internal garden and a backyard with a pool and a grill. (The pool cleaner comes once a week and it's already included.) Upstairs on the 1st floor, there is a bedroom with two queen-size beds, a walk-in closet, a private bathroom, and a terrace; and the master bedroom with a king-size bed and a futon, as well as a walk-in closet, private bathroom, smart TV and a terrace with a comfortable hammock. Every area is equipped with AC, and the house is equipped with wifi.

Neighbourhood

The residential area where the house is situated is a peaceful and family-friendly neighborhood with 24/7 security. Surrounding the area, you'll find plenty of greenery, a playground for kids, paddle and tennis courts, a soccer field, and even a designated pets area. To get around easily, consider renting a car or scooter. While some opt for bicycles, I recommend this depending on the weather, especially in the hot summer months. The house is located just 5 minutes from downtown Tulum and 10 minutes from the beach.

Nearest airport

Cancun International Airport is located 1.30 hours away, while Tulum Airport is a quick 30-minute drive.
