General overview

We live in a delightful home situated on the water with direct access to the ocean on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. Caloundra is only 1 hour from Brisbane. The Master bed has a king size bed with ensuite, walk in robe, TV and views of the water. There are two other double bedrooms with queen beds and a separate study/computer room which can be the 4th bedroom with bow up bed. The large kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances and the family area which overlooks the pool and the wide expanse of water has large TV, DVD with surround sound and open fire for those cool nights. There are a number of outdoor living areas, one which is a deck situated directly over the water. Another which is a fully enclosed pool area that has a large umbrellas for shade with lounges and BBQ eating. Lots of books to read, high speed wireless internet access in a beautiful relaxing environment. A 4 Wheel drive car is also available for use.
