General overview
Small quiet building in Mount Pleasant, Vancouver BC. No pets, no smoking, no parties, free street parking. You will need to remove garbage and clean the place before you leave. Quiet area but steps to many restaurants, shops, and parks. Near Main and 14th. Great balcony.
The space
Open concept living room and kitchen. L shape sofa, recliner, and desk with a screen in the living room. Great balcony and a fireplace. I use my kitchen countertop for dining, there is no dining table. Kitchen: Nespresso, SodaStream, dishwasher, air fryer, electric kettle, instant pot, and blender. Bedroom with a queen size adjustable bed. No in-suite laundry. It's across the hall in the laundry room. $1 wash and 4 $0.25 drier for 1 hr. No TV but I hook up my laptop and use the wall-mounted computer screen as a TV.

3 stairs at the building entrance. 1 elevator or 2 stairwells.

YVR airport. Skytrain to City Hall. Bus 99 to Main and Broadway. Walk or bus 4 blocks to 14th ave. (bus #3 or 19). Uber, Lyft or taxi.

Walk, bike, transit. Vancouver is super bike-friendly and there are shared bikes close by https://www.mobibikes.ca/ and lots of bikeways to get around. Bus stops are 100 m away.
