General Overview

This place has a wonderful Mexican feel with "Tulum vibes". There is a pool in the complex and it is only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach! Comes with 2 sweet kitties so must love cats!

The Space

I have a wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a private plunge pool on the wrap around balcony. It is very quiet and private and all you can see are trees all around. Full kitchen and TVs in each room - 3 TVs total. Good internet. Sleeps 4 in the beds but I have an air mattress and large couches in the living area if needed. Large dining table.

Guest Access

On third floor with stairs and elevator. Outdoor pool on ground floor. Skate park is across the street and 3 PAR golf behind the building and full golf course down the street.

Notes

Will let you use my golf cart to get around the area. I have one mountain bike and 1 kayak that can be used and 1 inflatable paddleboard

5 minutes to a huge park called Central Park down the street with pickleball, dog run area, swings, playground, workout areas and bike path. 5 minute walk to the beach and marina restaurants

Getting to my home

Fly into Cancun and take a shuttle to Puerto Aventuras or rent a car.

Nearest airport

Cancun about 1 hour depending on traffic

Getting Around

Everything is within walking distance or you can take taxis or collectivos.

I am new to this and I live in Puerto Aventuras Mexico by myself and my 2 rescue kitties. I am from Denver Colorado and I am retired and have lived in Mexico for 6 years. I am very out going and I love to travel but need to have someone who can take care of my place and love my kitties as they are my babies! I am very clean and respectful of other peoples homes and I have done house sitting and pet sitting before. My grown kids still live in Denver and I would like to spend the holidays with them this year with a home exchange. I am open to other places next year.
