General Overview

Modern bright art gallery-looking apartment in central Madrid steps to metros San Bernardo (lines 2 and 4) and Bilbao (1 and 4). With high-speed wi-fi (1Gbps), fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, ar conditioning/heater and sound-proof windows in every room, new cozy furniture. Both bedrooms and living room have 4 balconies facing the street. There's also a bluetooth record player and a new projector with amazon Fire Stick 4k available in the living room for our guests.

The Space

The apartment is located in a safe neighbourhood and quiet, beautiful street. close to all attractions, very nice restaurants, nightclubs, walking distance to the old town (Puerta del Sol, Templo de Debob, Royal Palace, Opera, Plaza Mayor, Gran Vía), Museo del Prado, Reina Sofía, Thyssen, Atocha Train Station and also close to Parque del Retiro and Salamanca neighbourhood for shopping and fancy stores. The city is pretty much flat and safe so you can go anywhere walking or quickly in a metro/subway/bus ride as well. Taxis and all the ride-sharing apps work perfectly here too and are inexpensive.

Notes

Walking distance to gym, ATM, grocery stores, supermarkets (Carrefour, DIA, Lidl, El Corte Inglés), bakeries, theaters and very nice restaurants. Madrid Barajas International Airport around 20 min by car and 45 min in metro/subway. Atocha Train Station 15 min by car and 20 min in metro/subway, including the new high-speed train to south France (Barcelona - Montpellier - Aix en Provence - Marseille and more). Chamartín Train Station (regional and high-speed trains as well) 20 min by car and 30 minutes in metro/subway. There's a €100 cleaning fee paid and we happily provide clean sheets, towels and linens. All check in/check out and informations regarding your stay will be sent after your reservation.
