General Overview

Our house is located in a rural area, 23 km from the city of San Martin de los Andes. It has the charm and tranquility of the countryside. Only 200 mts. of National Route No. 40 and 2 km from Chapelco Airport.

The Space

It is a very warm house, with an open concept, a single floor with a living room, kitchen and dining room; two bedrooms, a bathroom and a mezzanine that can be used as a resting place or bedroom. It has a large park, an open barbecue area and barbecue. It is enjoyed in the summer with its freshness and beautiful sunsets; and in winter with its warm fireplace.

Guest Access

In front it has pedestrian access to the land and behind it access for vehicles.

Neighbourhood

It is a very quiet neighborhood, accessed from the road to a gravel street. There are only neighboring houses around. On the other side of the route there is a private neighborhood, you can access a general store.

Getting to my home

The most convenient way to get there is by car. If you come by plane, we are very close to the airport, you can access it by walking, by taxi or we will pick you up. If you come from the center, there is public transport that runs every 1 hour. approx and leaves you 2 blocks from home, on the route.

The nearest airport is Chapelco and is 1 and 1/2 km away.

Getting Around

The nearest shopping center is 15 minutes away by car.
