Our home is located in Mollymook Beach, 3 hours South of Sydney (by car, bus or train), on the picturesque South Coast of New South Wales, Australia.
Mollymook is a popular holiday destination, offering stunning beaches, amazing food and wine options (including the famous Rick Stein restaurant!) and lots of activities to suit all ages.
Our home offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, on a quiet street, a short stroll to Mollymook beach, shops and local shops and restaurants.
The space
Our home offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms with the second bathroom provided as an ensuite directly off of the main bedroom.
A short 5-10 minute walk will lead you to the golden sands of Mollymook Beach, Bannisters Pavillion, popular Gwylo restaurant and all of the amenities at Mollymook shops including supermarket, bottle shop, Deli, pharmacy and more!
Within 5 minute drive you can easily access some the best South Coast bars, restaurants and shopping. Cupitts Winery, The Milton Hotel, Pilgrims cafe and Rick Stein Restaurant to name just a few.
The fully renovated, light filled interiors feature contemporary coastal furnishings and a minimalist aesthetic. The living area, with a deep and cosy linen couch, also features Netflix, perfect for a quiet night in. The four burner outdoor BBQ is also available for those balmy summer nights.
The sun filled deck on the Northern side of the property features separate outdoor seating and dining areas, BBQ/cooking zone and connects to the fire pit area with built in seating.
Bedroom 1 - An extra large bedroom featuring queen size bed with private ensuite. The room is at the rear of the property with a sliding door opening onto the sunny North facing verandah.
Bedroom 2 - Located at the front of the property and featuring a queen size bed. This room is showered with morning sunshine and a cool ocean breeze. Venetian blinds keep the sun out for those holiday sleep ins. Fall asleep to sounds of the waves at Mollymook Beach.
Bedroom 3 - Located on the southern side of the property featuring two single beds.
The newly renovated bathrooms include rain showers and luxe bathtub.

Mollymook is a small and quiet suburb located 5 minutes from Ulladulla and Milton townships which offer larger retail shops and restaurants. We are located 5-10 minute walk from the local shops, restaurants and beach.

Getting around
You will need a car to get around the area though you can walk to our local shops and restaurants which are 5-10 minutes away. You can access the local supermarket, pharmacy, Deli, takeaway shops and restaurants.
