Our home is in a fabulous neighborhood in the heart of Denver.  We are close to Botanic Gardens,  the Denver Zoo and many other museums.  The central location is a short walk to Cherry Creek and a 20 minute drive to Red Rocks Amphitheater.  We love our easy access to all city activities with an added bonus of a short drive to the majestic Colorado Rocky Mountains.  Sporting events are all within a few miles. Our neighborhood restaurants within walking distance are amazing!

The Space

Our home has 3 bedrooms. The primary is in the basement with a king bed and a full bathroom attached. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a full bed. The other has a twin over full bunk bed. 
The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to do cooking at home!
We walk to many restaurants and it is a short drive to many 5 star restaurants.
There is a nice backyard are with a large table, a grill and a fire pit. 
There is an office with fast wifi and a futon if an extra bed is needed.

Congress Park is a family friendly quiet neighborhood. It is a walkable neighborhood with many types of restaurants nearby.

Our home is located about a half an hour from the Denver International Airport.

Denver International Airport is 18 miles from the home.

Getting Around

We are located a mile to Cherry Creek, 2 miles to downtown and about 10 miles to the mountains. 
Ubers/Lyft are very accessible. There is ample street parking if you rent a car.

I am a single mom of 2 young girls who are 4 and 8. I am a teacher and a Colorado native. My girls are enrolled at the International School of Denver in full immersion Spanish.  We like to travel during school holidays and summer so we don't miss work or school.  Because my children are learning Spanish we are interested in traveling to countries where Spanish is the native language but are open to travel anywhere.  I want to expose my children to as much of the world as I can. We can offer hospitality exchanges as well as simultaneous during school holidays.  Other than that we would like have to plan non simultaneously exchanges. 
We are hoping to plan a month in Spain during the summer of 2025 or 2026. We are looking for exchanges in Hawaii anytime during our breaks. We are open to travel anywhere!
