Neighbourhood
So many amenities are within a five block radius from our door. There's multiple grocery stores, fruit and veg stand, bodegas, diners, splurge restaurants, ramen, Thai, seafood, ice cream, coffee spots, pizza, Mexican, Italian, bagel shops, sushi. There's a block nearby that tends to have 30 restaurants (yes really!), but the number is always changing. There's a licensed dispensary and a pharmacy on the corner. There's a small pocket park a block in either direction and a larger green plaza that hosts a Wednesday Farmers' Market.
Nearest airport
LGA and JFK are both about an hour via public transit, with LGA usually being slightly faster by taxi and JFK slightly faster by subway and AirTrain.
Getting Around
Walking is honestly the best way to get around for many local activities, but it's easy to get to further away destinations via subway or bus.
