General overview

My home is a very spacious and cozy with a Traditional Georgian style interior. located in a very nice neighborhood and right between two metro stations (Vazha Pshavela and Delisi). So you can reach the city center in 30mins. There’s also a shopping mall right next to the building and bus station right in front of it. The location has very good connections. As for my apartment, it’s very chilly in the summer (despite the Georgian hot Summers, you won’t even notice how everything burns outside). But I also have AC and the central heating system and it’s a very warm in winter. I have a huge living room with 2 sofas, which are being unfolded in case you need it. 3 different dedicated workspace, so if you work remotely you can have a diversity of offices. A huge bedroom with a king size bed is so comfy, you gonna love it. 2 balconies and one of them in the bedroom. Also, it’s nice to mention, despite the noisy avenue, the bedrooms’ side is super quiet and you can even sleep with windows open. The main beauty in my home is my cat Molly. She’s the cutest and the funniest loving cat you can ever meet. She’s super friendly and gets crazy about petting, so once you pet her you’ll win her heart! She’s also fat and a lil lazy, but still beautiful and cute 🥰
