General overview
Cozy apartment close to Paris in safe neighbourhood with everything you might need during your stay - comfortable living room with TV and PS5, plenty of board games and books, equipped kitchen and huge sunset terrace with BBQ and professional pizza oven.
The apartment is full of light, and there is sun all day. While being 15 minutes from the center of Saint Germain en Laye, it is very quiet and calm. Directly from the garden surrounding the building, you can enter huge forest, walk in the calmness of trees, or play pétanque in a close field.
The space
We have one big living room with little home-office station that will allow you to comfortable work remotely (we have big 22'' screen and professional PC you can connect your laptop to). We have one master bedroom and one child room that we currently use as a guest room. Our apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people + baby up to 3 years old (we have the baby cot).
Guest access
Our apartment is in 3rd floor accessible by elevator. To enter our apartment, there is exactly zero stairs, so it is available to everyone and very child/baby friendly!

Neighbourhood
Our neighborhood is very calm, with boulangeries (French bakeries) just 2-minute walk away, boucherie (butchery) just around the corner and Versailles and Paris just 20 minutes by public transport. You can also get to Disneyland with direct train (RER A) from our place.
Getting to my home
The best is to fly to Orly Airport and take a taxi (around 30-50 EUR), or get to Charles de Gaulle Airport and take RER B and then RER A to get to Saint-Germain-en-Laye. We are also perfectly accessible by car.
Nearest airport
ORY, CDG, BVA
Getting around
You can easily walk everywhere, take public transport (tram T13, plenty of buses and RER A to access Paris), and use the advantage of speed trains (TGV) leaving from Paris to Nice, Lyon, Bordeaux, Brest...

Kristyna
We are Kristyna (27) and Daniel (30), little family of 3 with one six-month old baby Theo. While we are originally from Prague, Czech Republic, we are now living close to Paris, France. Kristyna is working for European Space Agency on satellite navigation and Daniel is working for European Union on the EU Space Programme. 🚀🛰️
We love nature and hiking (especially Kristyna), cooking, traveling (of course!), skiing & snowboarding, Kristyna loves yoga and reading, Daniel loves movies and videogames, and Theo loves food! We are very positive, happy about little things (well, especially good food), and always trying to look on the bright side of everything.
We are new to this platform, but hope to find new experiences and friends in this community of fellow adventurers and travelers. 🤍
People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community.
