General overview
Our house is cozy and welcoming. It was built in 1907 and feels spacious. It also has a beautiful garden.
The house is close to the city (and station), but you can also walk straight into nature on the west side of the city. And there are plenty of walking and cycling opportunities.
The space
The house was built in 1907 and has very high ceilings. The old details have been preserved or restored.
There are two floors. On the ground floor are the living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a beautiful guest house, because we regularly provide hospitality to hikers and cyclists via Friends on Bikes.
On the second floor is a bedroom and a very spacious attic ('loft'), with another sitting area and extra bed.

Zutphen is a beautiful old town on the river IJssel, with amazing countryside surrounding it. We have recently reached retirement and are keen on seeing more of the world.
