General overview
Our family friendly, 4 bedroom pool home sits in Palm City, Florida...22 minutes from beautiful beaches 🏖️ and just minutes away from a charming downtown with restaurants 🍽️ and shops 🛍️. It's a wonderful location to rent a boat 🚤 and spend the day out on one of our waterways enjoying the best that Florida has to offer 😎. Of course, there are multiple golf courses in the area, parks, and more to enjoy the outdoors. ⛳️
Not to mention, a great home base if you want to travel two hours to bustling Orlando, Florida for your theme park visits 🎢 or head south two hours to visit Everglades National Park 🐊
Our home is fit for a family 🏡...my wife, and our two boys enjoy our beautiful backyard pool, toys, bikes, scooters, video games, basketball and more. It's a great place to come back to after spending all day in the ☀️ on the beach...you can relax and cool off in the pool 🏊♂️ while watching movies on the TV outside on the porch (we call them DIVE IN MOVIES 🎥🍿), sink into the couch with a book while the kids play on the Xbox 🎮 or take a leisurely drive around the neighborhood on our golf cart . Oh, don't forget to pet our family dog 🐶 (Olive) and two cats 🐈 🐈⬛ (Junie & Betty) while you're here!
The space
The house is a 2000 square-foot single-family home… There's a master bedroom with a king size bed and an en suite bath. Two additional bedrooms, both currently used as our children's rooms… One has a twin bed with a twin trundle and the other is a bunkbed that has a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on top.
The home itself has two living areas, one with a large sectional sofa in front of a large screen smart TV that has a DVD player and an Xbox. We have tons of boardgames, DVDs, and other activities, such as bikes, scooters, and a basketball hoop.
There is a modern kitchen with all the standard amenities, such as oven stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee maker.
The backyard has a covered patio area with a dining table and seating area… That overlooks the swimming pool in the backyard that is on a lake. We have all the pool toys you need for fun… Rafts, tubes, and pool basketball. If you want to go to the beach we have beach chairs, a standup, paddleboard, and tons of beach towels..
The home itself is in a nice clean neighborhood that is central to major highways in Florida Making it easy to drive two hours to visit the Orlando theme parks or two hours south to visit Everglades national Park

Neighbourhood
We live in a very nice residential neighborhood where you will always see kids playing in their front yards..
We often will take a nice walk to one of the local restaurants nearby or a two minute drive to the local ice cream shop.
Getting to my home
Our home is easily accessible via the main highways in Florida, we are only 30 miles from Palm Beach International Airport, 1.5 hours from Fort Lauderdale International Airport, and 2 hours from Miami International Airport.

Hello - we are Corinne & Lisa, our family (two moms & two boys ages 9 &11) love traveling and adventuring and try to get on the road as much as our schedules will allow between work, school, and the kids extracurricular activities. Locally, we are very active out on one of the many beautiful Florida waterways boating or spending time with our local friends and family.
We also have our dog Olive, and our two cats, Junie and Betty.
