The space

On the ground floor we have a living/dining room, a modern end all equiped kitchen, toiles and garage. There is a direct access to the outside terrace and garden. On the first floor we have 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. The parental bedroom own a bathroom and TV. We have 2 single bedrooms and a sofa bedroom. Au rez-de-chaussée un séjour de 30m2, une cuisine moderne et équipée, un WC et un garage. Accès direct au jardin avec terrasse. Au 1er étage nous avons 4 chambres, une salle d'eau et un WC. La suite parentale est équipée d'un lit double et d'une salle de bain. Une télévision est à votre disposition. Deux chambres avec lit simple, et un bureau équipé d'un canapé lit 2 places.

Neighbourhood

Gournay sur Marne is a charming little town situated between Paris and Disneyland. You will find all the shops you need at walking distance (bakery, butcher, market, restaurants...) A supermarket is about 300m away. The "bords de Marne" are the ideal place for picnic, running, biking... Our place is ideal to visit Paris (30mn), Disney (25mn). We have many castels to visit around Versailles, Fontainebleau, Vaux Le Vicomte, Chantilly... We are 1 and 1/2 hour driving to Reims (champagne) Gournay sur Marne est une charmante petite ville près des bords de Marne. Vous y trouverez tous les commerces à proximité (boulangerie, boucher, marché, restaurants... Notre maison est à 300m d'une grande surface. Les bords de Marne sont le lieu idéal pour faire du vélo, un petit running ou un pique-nique. Nous sommes à 30mn de Paris et 25mn de Disney.

Getting around

We are 30mn away from Paris CDG and 25 from Orly. Bus station is 2mn away. We have 2 RER lines: RER A Noisy/Champs and RER E Chelles/Gournay It is direct to travel to Paris or Disney Nous sommes situés à 30mn de l'aéroport international de Roissy Charles de Gaule et 25mn d'Orly. Nous avons le bus à 2mn à pied. Nous avons la gare RER A Champs sur Marne à 25mn à pied ou 10mn en bus. Nous avons la gare RER E Chelles/Gournay à 15mn en bus.
