Our home is a 2 story with the master ensuite upstairs and 3 additional large bedrooms on that level as well. There are 2 beautiful bathrooms on the upstairs level, one being our newly renovated master bath. There is a lovely bedroom downstairs with an additional full bathroom on that level that is also newly renovated. There are 3 entrances: One through the garage, the second through the front door and the third through the back sliding glass double doors.

A simple walk across the street gets you to SO many shops and restaurants. A car or an Uber is needed to go to the beach. I do have car options that I may be willing to allow to be used for certain offers.
