Neighbourhood

The home is located in a luxury community of similarly large single family homes, many on the lake. There are dozens of restaurants, craft beer venues and night life in both Mooresville and more in Charlotte. The overall area is referred to as Lake Norman and the culture is Lake Life casual. A short drive to Pro Sports: NFL Football, Basketball, NASCAR and Minor League Baseball.

Charlotte (CLT) 35 Minutes or Greensboro Airport (sometime cheaper) 70 minutes.

Getting Around

A car is most convenient way to get around and can be rented at the airport or Enterprise Rental in Mooresville, Uber is also available.

Jamie is a seasoned Technology Executive who consults globally. Nieves runs the leading regional Event Planning firm, where she makes dreams come true to Brides most weekends. They have 3 amazing adult children. Jamie served as the General Contractor on full home renovations in both 2013 and 2023. The resulting 6,000 square foot luxury renovated home holds a special place in his heart. The home is central to many large gatherings of friends and family throughout the year, and is designed for entertaining and hospitality.
