Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home gives you the best of both worlds - 50 acres to relax and enjoy, while only 15 minutes to beautiful downtown Aiken, South Carolina. Views are abundant from any of the sitting areas on the wrap around porch, large screened porch, and second story porch. The back yard features a patio and firepit next to a large swim pond with waterfall. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nature and the abundance of wildlife.
The home features 13' ceilings and a beautiful open floor plan. The spacious kitchen includes a large range and refrigerator, as well as a pass through window out onto the screened porch. The dining room easily seats 10-12 and looks out over the swim pond.
Our Masterbedroom features a king bed with large two walk-in closets. The master bath has double sinks and large shower with multiple shower heads.
Upstairs you will find a large bonus room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The bonus room includes an at home gym with free weights, treadmill, and rowing machine. You can access the second story porch from upstairs or the outside staircase.
