The first thing you notice in this place is how quiet it is. Sometimes you hear an occasional dog barking or plane flying, birds singing in the large trees nearby. And then again - quiet.
This might come as a surprise because the house is only 15 min drive from the centre or the Old Town.
The space
The house dates back from 1940. The apartment is 56 m2, has 1 large bedroom and an open kitchen/living room. It's recently renovated and has all the modern appliances.
The apartment is perfect for a couple, though the living room couch could be used to sleep additional 1-2 guests.

Neighbourhood
It's a neighbourhood with smaller apartment buildings and private homes, small streets without heavy traffic. Nice to walk or take a run.
Within 15 min walk are groceries, tennis centre / gym.
Getting to my home
The easiest is to take a taxi or Bolt.. (5-10 eur from the centre). Bus stop is also very close, the bus from the centre (Viru Keskus) takes 25 min.
Nearest airport
Tallinn airport is 8 km (15 min by taxi or 45 min by bus).
Getting around
The bus stop is just around the corner (300m).
The centre and Old Town are about 3 km or 15 min drive, 25 min by bus.
Free parking is in front of the house.

Adventurous married couple with 2 kids. Sometimes travelling just the 2 of us, sometimes with kids. Kids are already old enough.. boy is 13 and girl 11.
