A north London townhouse recently renovated with a brand new kitchen and loft extension. Victorian in the front, including original stained glass front door and period features. The house is more contemporary to the rear.
Ground floor - a living room with 3 sofas and a TV. Kitchen/dining space is open plan with underfloor heating and big sliding doors leading out to a private walled garden. The garden isn’t overlooked - unusual for London - and the aspect means the garden gets full afternoon sun until sundown.
First floor - 3 bedrooms including a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Family bathroom with full size bath and shower.
Top floor - large master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, en-suite and Juliet balcony with views of Alexandra Palace.

Miles
We are a family of 4: Miles, Bex and our two children, Lily (3) and Marnie (1). Our kids are delightful (I may be biased) and we are very clean and tidy and respectful of other people’s space. We are both teachers so usually have plenty of time to do house swaps. Particularly interested in reciprocal exchanges with families.
