** We are looking only for long-term exchanges, roughly from August to December 2024 **
We have a unique, ground floor flat that is a peaceful refuge within London. The open-plan living room and kitchen open up to a terrace and large, private back yard, with the sound of chirping birds. The layout of the flat works well: a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, as well as a second bedroom and "family" bathroom. The flat has a separate studio/office space at the back of the property that we're in the process of finishing; it has a sofa bed that we use for guests.
The large open living space, with skylight, and modern kitchen are really enjoyable. The bathrooms are also modern. We also have a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

We are a family of three. My wife and I are in our 50s, and we have a 15-year-old daughter who will be starting school in Santa Ana. We also have a six-year-old dog (a female shih tzu) who is fully trained and hypoallergenic/nonshedding. My wife and I are both in our 50s and professionals (a TV exec and a diplomat). We have a house in Los Angeles but haven't lived there since 2010.
We are looking for an exchange that's within about a 30-minute commute to Santa Ana, lasting from around early August through mid-December.
