Great neighbourhood with easy access to Christchurch's Port Hills and Lyttleton. Walkable to the The Tannery, a bespoke shopping experience with restaurants, a pub, and a movie theatre. Easy access to cycling in the Port Hills or to the Heathcote Express Cycleway. to ride down to Ferrymead Park. Bicycles and helmets available for borrowing.

City home. 2 parks in close proximity (Hansen's Park and Hillsborough Park Domain - both with playground and sport fields). 1 block off #8 bus route. Off-road, secured parking on-site.
