Our house was built in 1908 - so it has the charm of the Edwardian era which we love - chimney breasts, high ceilings, large windows, traditional london Yellowstone brick. It is fully renovated including double glazed windows and a new kitchen. It has two bedrooms but we use one as our office with a large table and a desk. It comes with a small garden, and a cat.

Hi, we are Sarah and Patrick. A married couple living in our Edwardian terrace house - flat conversion in London with our cat Winston. We have done many house swaps before. Now looking at a longer term swap with a place in Barcelona. 3-9 months as we are thinking of relocating but don’t want to sell our home yet. We have a garden and are super well connected to the city on the central line (20 minutes). Our neighbourhood Leytonstone is a hip residential and safe area in the north-east of London with nice cafes, restaurants and bars at walking distance while being super quiet on our road. Also you are in the city in under 30 minutes.
