General overview
This is a studio we built for my mom when she visits. It’s located below our home with an access and close to the beach (10 min walk)
The beach is crystal clear water, white sand, warm water, palm trees, tropical paradise!
The space
The studio has one full bed and a futon that can sleep 1-2 kids. It had a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, air fryer, toaster and basic utensils.
The bathroom has a bath.
It has a separate access from the house with a keypad lock. You can park on our driveway. There is a little balcony with table and chairs for a morning breaskfast.
We have beach chairs and umbrella that you can use.
You can walk to the beach - about 10 min.
There is a lovely park close by with tennis courts, basketball and playground for kids.
There is a dock that you can launch a kayak or paddle board. ( we do have an inflatable kayak that we would be happy to borrow you)
Guest access
There is no stairs, this is in the ground level. We have a code for the door which we will give to you once you get here.
Notes
We live upstairs and we can help with anything you might need. We build this studio for my mom when she finally decides to live with us. We absolutely love this place, it’s peaceful and beautiful!
We want to explore the world but because of the kids school dates we might not be able to to simultaneous.. we are open to non-sim and global exchanges. For non-reciprocal/global we ask for a 50 dollars cleaning fee.
Thank you all!

Neighbourhood
This is a residential neighborhood, very safe and calm. Mostly families and retired folks enjoying the beach and Florida weather.
If you want more activity and party, we are 10 min from Clearwater Beach ( which was voted the most beautiful beach in the US), we also love Madeira Beach boardwalk, Downtown Tampa and St Pete Pier.
Getting to my home
Most likely driving.
You can come via Tampa airport (40 min) or Saint Pete/Clearwater airport (25min).
From the airport you would have to rent a car or get an Uber to Indian rocks beach.
Nearest airport
1:30h - Orlando

25 min St Pete/Clearwater
Getting around
From the airport you would have to either rent a car or get an Uber to get to our place, once here you can walk to the beach and restaurants close by. There is also a trolley that goes N-S on gulf boulevard and you can explore different beaches on the gulf coast.
Most people still drive though, it allows them to explore the little towns around. Saint Pete down down being our favorite spot.
