General overview
Beautiful and luxurious, our home sets the vibe to enjoy a zen beach vacation and connect deeply with the raw natural beauty all around you! Our home is perched on the mountainside overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the 3,000 acre equestrian ranch community of Big Sky Ranch in the jungle of southern Nicaragua.
Enjoy horseback rides or equestrian lessons, hiking, beach walks, world class surfing, pickleball, birding, waterfall hikes, exploring the local towns and villages, relaxing in a beautifully designed home.
The space
two master suites with king size beds and private bathrooms with bathtubs and showers
a third bedroom has a twin bed with its own closet and private bathroom

there are 5 small stairs down when entering the home
Notes
our home runs on solar. Our solar system works perfectly but it is only set up for Two master bedrooms to have air conditioning. the third bedroom does not have air conditioning. If you require air conditioning to sleep comfortably, this home sleeps only 4 people in two king beds. If you have a guest that can sleep without air conditioning and still be comfortable, this home sleeps 5 people.

Our neighborhood has authentic Nicaraguan feel. Local cowboys and farmers run their cattle down the dirt roads. Deserted beaches--too many to discover and visit in one trip--line the coast and are only a few minutes drive from the house. A local pickleball court and cafe is a great place to hang with the local expat community. We have a handful of restaurants and a delivery service that will bring you anything you need from the main village of San Juan del Sur. It is only a 15 minute drive to San Juan del Sur where are all the nightlife, bars, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping await you.
