General overview

We love our hard lived in home. We’re raising two beautiful girls here, and they say they never want to move. We understand why. Downstairs is three open plan rooms, including a chef-ready kitchen and Morso stove wood fire sitting room, and projector/kids room. Also an office, art studio, stocked pantry and guest room. Upstairs is carpeted with a master king bedroom and a kids hardwood homemade bunk bed with trundle pullout (sleeps three). Two bathrooms, one with a freestanding tub and heated floor. Outside is just as good as in, massive grass garden with dogwoods, willows and more. At the bottom of the garden is the crystal clear Claverack Creek with a swimming hole. We have ducks and chickens who lay fresh eggs. Oh, and we are on a dead end road, so traffic is near zero.
