Hospitality Description: We are often away during the weekends especially during our summer weekends with horse competitions. Mid-week is really suitable for hospitality, however it is always worth checking as it would be a nice experience to attend some of the horse competitions with us

General overview
Our home is cosy and warm with the sun streaming in during the summer and very efficient radiator heaters with log fire during the winter time. There are two streams surrounding the house so children will need to be supervised but listening to the water is also lovely, however be mindful that if there has been heavy rain these streams can get quite high but they are dry a lot of the year. You can sit on the veranda after exploring Christchurch or other areas with a lovely glass of wine and hear all types of bird song while you relax.
We also have a one bedroom unit very close to the main house and garden. This unit has tea and coffee making facilities but no cooking facilities
Additionally, we have hens and you will be able to have fresh eggs daily
We do have two cats, they are rescue cats and are very easy to have as they have access outside through a cat door but will require feeding twice daily, if there was a need for you to be away from the property for any period of time, we can arrange for someone to come and feed them.
I have not completed our calendar at this stage as we often have no idea of our future plans and when we will be home or away in our camper. The best idea would be to contact us and we can discuss dates, and we will endeavour to fit into your schedule.
The space
All living spaces are large with comfortable furniture with a lovely large table to share those special meals. There are two lounges so you can always find a little bit of peace and quiet if needed.
A wood fired hot tub has been a new addition, which looks out over the fields.
Guest access
The main rooms of the house including bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor with a further two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and a further one bedroom unit with small kitchenette in the separate self contained unit
Notes
There are two different coffee machines for those coffee lovers and a user friendly kitchen

Neighbourhood
We live approximately 10 minutes from our closest village of Leeston which has a supermarket, hardware store, some lovely quirky shops, a butcher two very nice cafes and a local pub
Additionally we are approximately 15 minutes from the larger village of Lincoln with has some very lovely shopping areas.
There is a special place that Greg and I love to go, Memories Cafe. This is a very small and quirky cafe which offers a lovely selection of dishes.
The centre of Christchurch is approximately 30-40 minuets away via the motorway
Getting to my home
You can get an Uber to our property but there is no public transport so a hire car from the airport would be ideal
Nearest airport
Christchurch International Airport is our only airport and is 36 minutes from our property
Getting around
You will require a vehicle to travel as we are on a lifestyle block and there is no public transport, there could be a possibility of a car being available
