General overview
My home is a sweet studio in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. I've lived here for many years and have worked hard to make it a special and cozy space. I live with two very easy, sweet cats, and the building is shared with the landlords, who live downstairs are are wonderful. The location is especially amazing - 5 minutes from the train, 15 minutes to Manhattan, and great parks, cafes, restaurants and shops all in walking distance.
The space
The space is a cozy studio, with a full kitchen, a bathroom with a claw foot bathtub, and a bed nook off of the living room. There is access to a roof via ladder, it's not a finished roof but is accessible and nice for laying out on a sunny day. The apartment also has a dishwasher, and laundromat is just around the block. You'll find everything you need in terms of towels, sheets, etc. and the kitchen is fully equipped. It's perfect for one person, and totally comfortable for a couple as well.
Guest access
The apartment is on the second floor of a house, and is accessible via two sets of stairs.
Notes
The exchange includes two cats to tend to. They are very friendly and sweet, and the care is minimal as they take good care of each other and have an auto feeder and water fountain. I've been told by many cat sitters that they are especially cuddly, easy and fun to look after!

I'm a German-American woman living in Brooklyn, NY, looking for a spontaneous adventure this Spring/early Summer. I'm primarily interested in spending a few weeks in Berlin in Late May/early June, but I am open to other places as well.
