We are retired, former university professors. We traveled a lot, in Europe, and in the Pacific area where we lived for a few years. We are now continuing by exchanging our apartment (2 people) in Biarritz, and soon our house (6 people) in Bordeaux. Biarritz is a city intended for surfing. But it is also an excellent starting point for visiting the Basque Country, French and Spanish, and the entire Basque coast. Our 2 room apartment is located in an authentic neighborhood, and the city can be visited on foot.
