General Overview

We live in a beautiful, bright and spacious apartment in a twin-house close to downtown Reykjavik. It has a fantastic view, over the ocean on one side, and over backyard adorned with towering trees on the other. Efficiency and elegance intersect in our well-organized space, where the clever layout, resembling an L-shape, effortlessly separates the serene bedrooms from the vibrant living area. The heart of our home, comprising a contemporary kitchen and inviting dining room, resides within an open space, fostering connectivity and warmth. Our home has been thoughtfully designed with the safety and enjoyment of our two little ones in mind, rendering it completely child-proof and an endless source of delight for them.

The Space

In the master bedroom, there is a queen-size mattress on the floor and a small mattress for a child next to it for safe co-sleeping with children. In other bedrooms, there is a total of 3 beds comfortable for kids and adults alike. There is one full bathroom and one WC. The washing machine and dryer are in the apartment. There are 3 high chairs for children and plenty of toys (our children are 1 and 4 years old).

Guest Access

The apartment is on the first floor. It is not accessible for wheelchair.

Notes

We have a very friendly cat. He freely enters and leaves the house as he pleases (through the small cat door). He needs to be fed only once a day, so we need you to do it or let us know if you are are not able to do it so that somebody can come in to do it.

We live in a calm residential neighborhood, which is very-well connected to all parts of the town and main roads. We are 7-12 minutes from the downtown by car. Bus lines 12 and 14 stop very close by.
