General overview

My home is a 35 m2 well planned apartment in the heart of the more cultural part of Stockholm, called Södermalm. The building is from the 1930s and the place has cosy features like herringbone parquet and nice ceiling height. Even though it´s not the biggest of places it fits a twin bed in one room, a separate kitchen and separate living room. The balcony plus that the apartment is on the fitfth of five floors makes for a really light place, and you can gaze at the sky or the rooftops of the surounding buildings.

The space

The building has a common really cosy courtyard/patio, with bbq and lots of edible greens to pick.

Guest access

The apartment is on the 5th floor. There is an elevator

Neighbourhood

The area has many nice bars, cultural scenes, theaters etc. It´s a well-off, comfortable and safe area and you have a 3 minute walk to the subway and the regional train.

Getting to my home

From the main airport Arlanda you can take a speed train that takes 20 minutes to the central station in Stockholm. From there you get on the red line subway southbound, ride for 4 stops, about 10 mins, and get of at Mariatorget. From there it´s a 3 minute walk

Nearest airport

Nearest international is Arlanda

Getting around

I have an old Crescent bike that runs nicely that you can borrow. Otherwise I´d suggest to get a subway card. There is also easy quick access to Uber and other taxi companies

Oscar

Hello! I´m a 39 year old developer from Stockholm. Due to my current work I´m able to work from abroad for some time and thought I´d take the opportunity to work from somewhere else than in Sweden during the fall, preferably somplace slightly warmer. I´m offering my 35 m2 cosy apartment at the top floor and with a suny balcony in the heart of the cultural part of Stockholm.
