The space

This is a 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath home. High ceilings and beautiful materials throughout. The outdoor space is lovely with a private drive, bbq area and space to run around in the back.

Guest access

There is a staircase to go up to the master bedroom suite and a separate staircase that goes into the lower level where one of the other bedrooms is. The third bedroom is on the main floor for anyone who is uncomfortable with stairs.

Quiet and lovely neighborhood with families. Everyone who lives there feels fortunate that they are so close to the ocean!

Getting to my home

Fly into Boston, MA or Manchester, NH - an hour or less from either. You should rent a car to access all of the awesome sights nearby. We're just 20 minutes from Portsmouth, NH which is a super cute historic town. We are 5 min from groceries and all of the conveniences you would need.

Boston, MA and Manchester, NH - about an hour from either.

Getting around

Walk to the beach where there are public bathrooms. If you want to drive, there is paid parking available.
