General overview

Our 3BR/3Bath dulpex is big, beautiful, and bright. We're in the coolest Vancouver neighbourhood and just two blocks from major transit/bike hubs. It's surrounded by world-class food, coffee, parks, breweries, and all the amenities you'll need. There is a park behind the house with tennis/pickleball courts, a playground, and it is a great spot to watch the sunset.

The space

Built by Vancouver architect Earl Cunningham. 1st floor garden Level: the master bedroom suite with 10 ft ceilings and bathroom, with French doors onto a private sunny backyard. The garage acts as our TV room, den and workshop. 2nd floor: exterior entryway stairs, kitchen, dining, living room, balcony. 14 ft ceilings. 3rd floor: Two bedrooms on the third floor, one with a queen and one with a twin bed. These two have a shared bathroom and 14 ft ceilings. There is also a sunny south-facing balcony off the twin room. This place sometimes comes with our pet cat.

Ten minute walk from the brewery district.
