General overview
Position - Quiet, private and peaceful home with wonderful neighbours. We live 2 minutes walk from the beach and opposite the wonderful Fraser Island.
Love swimming in our calm waters and riding our bikes along the esplanade.
Our home is open plan living, new and light.

We have 3 bedrooms. One is used as an office but has a sofa bed in it and can be used as 3 rd bedroom.
We have 2 full bathrooms, one with a bath.

Neighbourhood
The foreshore is well set up for picnics, BBQ’s and children’s parks. We have a children’s water playground and many great cafes and restaurants along the esplanade.
100m away from a 1km jetty which is great for fishing. We have good farmers markets 10 minutes walk away on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Getting to my home
Once you fly into Brisbane you can catch a flight to Hervey Bay. There are 2 flights a day.
Our place is a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport.

Getting around
The closest grocery store is about a 15 minute walk from our place. There are buses and our bicycles will be available. Great bike path along the esplanade.
