General overview

Terraced 2 bedroom house over 2 floors in a quiet cul-de-sac road, 4 min walk to the best beach in England, 10 min walk to the centre & harbour with lots of lovely restaurants and shops. Lovely Jurassic coastal walks near by. Home has a new jacuzzi spa on the back courtyard garden.

The space

Master bedroom with king size bad and single sofabed for a child if needed. Second bedroom has 2 single beds which can be put together as king if required. Large bathroom with a shower cubicle and a bath. Lounge has a double sofabed and a single sofabed, open space with dining table with 6 chairs. Fully equipped kitchen leading into small sunny back courtyard with a jacuzzi spa which is not overlooked by neighbours. The house dates back to 1900 and has been renovated some years ago.

Guest access

We have a keysafe locker on the front of the house with easy contactless access to the house.

Notes

The train station is 4 minutes walk away. Nearest small grocery shop is around the corner and there are few restaurants/pubs within minutes of the property. Cheap Overnight CCTV Parking is available by the train station as there are no dedicated parking spaces by the house.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Weymouth is a typical English seaside town, great safe sandy beach, lots to do, plenty shops and so many restaurants and cafes etc. it’s an ideal base to explore the Jurassic coast and all it has to offer.

Weymouth has a train station which is about 5 min walk from the house. London is 140 miles away.

Getting around

Weymouth centre (1km) and the harbour (1.5km) are walkable from the house. House is 400 meters from the beach.
