General overview

2 bedroom newly-renovated artist and holistic health home with 330 degree views of the mountains around Grenoble! We're located above one of the best French bakeries, 1 minute walk to a grocery store (Carrefour), <15 minute bike ride to all parts of the city, with great bus connections and within easy driving distance - and public transport - to amazing mountain hikes. Very comfortable for up to 6 people with 1 king bed and 2 pull-out queen beds. Fast (100mb+) internet, nomad-ready. For those interested in fabric arts, my wife has all her books, fabrics and machines to inspire :) I have a background in holistic health and have a large collection of all types of books of different healing methods (including traditional Chinese medicine). I'm a linguist, cook and long-term nomad so we also have a nice collection of books to learn languages, travel and cook :) We have 2 terraces (with amazing views of the mountains) where we enjoy meals and the views :)

Richard

I've been a nomad for 40+ years, digital since 1999. Traveled to 60+ countries, lived longer-term in 5, learned a half-dozen languages fluently and some basics in another half-dozen. My partner (Heather) and I are originally from the US but have been living for the past 6+ years in Europe. We presently have homes in 3 countries (France, Lux, Sweden) + travel so usually have something available. Career-wise, Heather was an Occupational Therapist and I worked in business consulting and market research. Both retired now (early) but I continue to do a lot of (free) work with early-stage startups. Travel-wise, we're fairly flexible on locations and timing but typically stick to Europe in winter, spring and summer and Asia in the fall.
