Neighbourhood

The neighborhood is located in a family residential área 10-15 minutes drive from downtown and the beach. It is a gated community with security 24/7.
You will find local restaurantes, bars, pharmacies, convenient stores and supermarket around the neighborhood and leave like a local in a residential place not far from the touristic life of downtown.
It is perfect for families that look forward to rest after an adventure day at the beach or visiting Mayan ruins or cenotes.
Near our place there is a mall with cinema theater, stores with another supermarket.

Nuestro vecindario esta localizado en una zona residencial para familias a unos 10-15 minutos en auto del centro y la playa dentro de un condominio con seguridad las 24 hs.
Encontrarás restaurantes, bars, farmacias, pizzerias, taquerías, tiendas de abarrotes y supermercados cerca de la casa.
Es un lugar perfecto para familias que buscan un lugar tranquilo donde llegar a descansar luego de un día de aventuras en la playa, o visitando ruinas o cenotes.
Cerca de la casa tenemos un shopping mall con cine, tiendas y otro supermercado.

Getting Around

There are convenient stores around where you can buy basic supplies and the supermarket is near the house. There are also restaurantes, bars, pharmacy and all you could need near our home.
Best way to get around is by taxi if you need to go to downtown.
To do excursions to the ruins, best beaches, theme parks or adventure activities is best to rent a car.
Taxi rides are very affordable!

Hay tiendas cerca donde podrás comprar cosas básicas y el supermercado a unos 5 minutos de la casa.
También encontrarás restaurantes, bars, farmacia, panaderéa y todo lo que necesites, cerca de la casa.
La mejor manera de moverse desde la casa para hacer excursiones es en coche o en taxi, que son muy accesibles!

We work remotely and our kids are self educated so we are flexible with our travels and prefer long term exchanges.
