General overview
Warm with a tropical touch, located in the nice neighborhood of Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi. With a big balcony, you can enjoy the beautiful Abu Dhabi sunrises and in 2 minutes you reach the beach and mangroves, where you can have a coffee and dine on the waterfront or just go for a walk, kayak, paddle...
The space
My one plus one bedroom apartment accommodates comfortably 2 to 3 people, with one master room (double bed) and one maid room prepared as a guest room (single bed and a toilet). I live here so the apartment is fully equipped and comes with 2 super cute cats, Ricota - my old 3-legged queen and Babybel, the fluffiest furball you will ever see.
I have a maid, Dinu, my savior, 4 times a week for a few hours per day, she will make sure everything is tidy and clean.
In the building there is a pool, sauna and gym. And just in from there is a mangrove and beach with a nice park.
Activities includes a skate park, kayaking, paddle, and electric boats.
There is a small market in the building and a carrefour one block away, plus 3 malls close by, one walking distance.
Notes
On weekends and wednesdays I will ask you to help with the real house owners...Ricota and Babybel, just the basic, food and water + love!
