General overview
Here you can experience both rural idyll and at the same time be close to the conveniences of Uppsala. Our house is surrounded by greenery where deer roam freely in the area and you can hear the birds chirping. Since we live so close to the city and the highway, you can also hear the hum of cars when you are outdoors. Despite the rural feel, it is only 600 meters to the bus that takes you to the city in 12 minutes, where you will find shopping, restaurants, and culture.
The house is located 30 minutes from Arlanda, Stockholm’s airport. Uppsala is one of Sweden’s oldest cities with several attractions.
5 rooms and a kitchen on two floors: there is plenty of space for the whole family.
Ground floor: On the ground floor, you will find an entrance, a kitchen with everything you need, a living room with a wood-burning stove, a spacious hallway with several closets, a very generous bedroom with 3 single beds of good quality, another bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and dryer.
Upper floor: On the upper floor, there is a cozy hall, two bedrooms each with 2 single beds, and a separate toilet.
There is fiber internet, access to a spherical grill, and a large parking area with space for several cars.

My husband and I are a middle-aged couple. We have 3 children who are now adults and 4 grandchildren. i work in real estate sales and my husband is an IT consultant. In our free time, we go to church, socialize with family and friends, and like to discover new places. We live in a a villa in Uppsala, which is located 30 minutes north of Arlanda, Stockholm’s airport. We have exchanged homes before and would gladly do it again. Sometimes we travel alone and sometimes with our children or some friends.
