We live in a spacious and bright house, with a large living room for sitting, reading, working and playing... with lots of light. It is a third floor with elevator, storage room and parking space. It is in the center of the city but silence prevails. It is a building from the 70s, with an interior garden with a swimming pool for the summer. A 15-minute walk from the fantastic forest of the Alhambra, the Alhambra itself, the Carmen de los Mártires,... Located next to the river Genil, it has a linear pedestrian promenade 20m from the house following the riverbank along which you can walk, ride a bike and go out of the city to the mountains. At 200m there is a large municipal sports area, with a heated pool and sports courts, next to the river.
