Built in 1901, I have maintained the architecture within and furnished my home with antiques. My home sits on 1/3 of an acre just a mile from Pearl Street and a couple of blocks from hiking the foothills. My guests have said this, "your home gives a hug when you walk inside". I think this is an accurate summary of the feeling. If you like modern-type homes.....mine is not for you! Note: It is difficult for me to keep my calendar completely current, because I am on several platforms. I also have other options available in Boulder and Denver.
The space
My home is warm and inviting, not sterile and modern. You should enjoy the nuances that come with a turn of the century home and not expect the Hilton. Ceilings are quirky upstairs, wood floors are original, steps sometimes creak, skeleton keys lock bedroom doors, claw foot tub is in master bath and furniture is well-loved and mostly antiques.
Guest access
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is also a common room with a TV set and small fridge. The steps are somewhat steep, 16 to be exact. The downstairs has a TV Room, Parlor, Dining Room, Kitchen, Sun Room and a second bathroom. My private bedroom is locked off from guest usage. The yard is "dog heaven"!
Notes
The location of my home is on a main street. This makes for easy access to public transportation, however, it also can contribute to some street noise. Light and late sleepers may not be happy here.

Grace
I have a slight phobia of airplanes, so my travelling will mostly be by car for now. This said, I miss my childhood closeness to the ocean in New Jersey and I long for beach destinations especially in the Winter.
My travel companion will be my boyfriend, John, who will also be my forever partner. He has not quite retired, but is eager to join my life of leisure in the next year or two. We both enjoy the outdoors, especially biking and pickleball. We also enjoy craft brew pubs and live music and like to incorporate this in our vacations.
I have enjoyed exchanging with several other homeowners in the past that I found through various on-line posts. All of them worked out extremely well and I look forward to doing more.
My calendar will be difficult to keep current because I am on multiple platforms. I also own several properties and I am willing to exchange any of them if it works out. Please just send an enquiry.
