General overview
Our home is a renovated three double bedroom semi which is modern but still retains a number of period features. There is lots of natural light, we have a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area with floor to ceiling windows leading out to the garden.
Each bedroom has a double bed, the main bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom has built in wardrobes.
We have one main bathroom with a bath and shower. There is an additional toilet and basin in the laundry room.
We have off street parking for one car and a back garden with decking area and BBQ.
Our home is 15 mins walk to Coogee beach. Directly outside our place you can catch a bus into Sydney CBD (20 mins) or to Bondi Junction (10 mins).
We have a ginger cat who comes with the house so our house would not suit anyone with pet allergies. He is very easy to look after.
