General overview
Our beautifully decorated and furnished Apartment is located on a 5th floor of a prewar elevator building.
Upon entering the foyer, you will find a beautiful antique bench with a wall full of pictures taken during our numerous travels around Asia.
The living room is south facing and gets a lot of sunlight throughout the day. It has a comfy couch and 2 accent chairs. You can enjoy a Samsung TV that is also connected to Netflix and Disney Plus (but no cable). The living room also offer a sonos system to play your favorite music.
Adjacent to the living room is the dining room with a beautiful danish table and 6 chairs.
Adjacent to the dining room is the kitchen equipped with all the kitchenware you need to prepare your favorite dish. It also has a dishwasher, a microwave and even a washer and dryer which is rare for New York.
Our daughter's bedroom has a loft bed with a single bed as well as another single mattress placed directly on the floor but can be placed on a platform bed if preferred. It has tons of toys and books in English French and even Spanish for your kids to enjoy. This bedroom also has a small en-suite powder room. It faces the back and is very quiet.
Our bedroom is our sanctuary. It is decorated mostly in white with touches of beige and wood providing the serenity and calmness you need after a busy day in the busy city. It is very quiet thanks for the soundproof Windows we installed. The bedroom also have a bathroom en-suite.
Everything is our home feels homey and I hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

We are a couple in our late thirties - early fourties with an adorable daughter (born in 2014) always up for a new adventure. Originally from France, we met in Singapore, moved to New York and we are traveling as much as we can! As a matter of fact, prior to our daughter’s birth, we traveled around the world for a whole year! We loved this experience and want out daughter to experiment the magic of discovering new cultures and places.
We are all very active. My husband ran multiple marathons in the US (he likes to say that the New York Marathon is an experiment he will never forget!)
I like fitness, biking and running too (but not as much as my husband) and we always take our daughter to go for a run or bike along side with us.
We are a very respectful and extremely clean family
