Our contemporary family friendly home is located in a quiet new subdivision of Crofton Downs. Close to Wellington city, a 12 min drive or a 10min walk to the train stop, the last one into Wellington central station. Hiking trails and a playground are only a 5 min walk away.
The space
Open plan, contemporary style living area downstairs with flow to outdoor covered deck and flat green grass backyard. Second living room in front area of house to chill/watch tv. Laundry room and toilet downstairs for easy living. All 4 bedrooms are located upstairs. Large sized primary bedroom with California king size bed and en suite with heated tile flooring has relaxing views of the local bush. Other bedrooms include king single bed, king bed, and bunk bed room with double/single. Main bathroom has seperate bathtub and shower with underfloor heating for the cooler months.

Crofton Downs is a quiet family friendly suburb located near to Wellington city. There is a local hardware store (Mitre10) and grocery store (Woolworths) and cafe just down the road. There is also a local private hospital (Bowen) and aged residential care facility as well.
