General overview

3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a steam shower, a hot tub and a great back patio. The back gate connects to a community playground and we have bikes for kids and adults alike. We are within two miles of 2 cute little towns and walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants and a bowling alley. We are within 30 minutes of Denver and Boulder, and have easy access to all the Rocky Mountains offer.
