General overview
Our house with a garden and a swimming pool is located on two plots - there is a lot of space and privacy is ensured (neighbors are practically invisible and inaudible at all). Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a swimming pool (with a protective fence), its own garden, all necessary household appliances. Area Cala d'Or (Carrer Menorca). A 5-7 minute walk to gorgeous beaches (Cala Gran, Cala Esmeralda). Restaurants, bars, numerous cafes are within walking distance. Everything you need is also nearby - pharmacies, supermarkets, etc. Ideal for couples/families with children and for those who do not want to depend on transport - everything you need is within walking distance.
THOSE WHO LOVE ANIMALS ARE WELCOME - 2-3 CATS COME TO OUR SITE TO DRINK, EAT, AND PLAY IN THE GARDEN 🙂.
The rental also includes the use of children's accessories for safe bathing, a crib, toys, and bicycles. There is also a barbecue on the site 🙂
Table tennis, bicycles and kicker are available.
You can reach everything you need by feet: beautiful beaches, restaurants. promenades... But may you don't even want to leave nice garden with pool and enjoy sunshine on our terrace under the trees with cold bottle of wine.
We are always available for any questions.☺
Notes
We love animals, they are welcomed, if they travel with You. It's just important, that they are friendly to our few "street" cats, who come to eat and play in our garden.

Hi, we are nice family: two adults and one little girl (2 years old). We have travelled a lot, but mostly stood in hotels. Now we want to change it. And give possibility to others enjoy our beautiful home on Mallorca, which we bought last year. We love animals and would be happy to care about yours! We have one middle-sized dog either, it’s not clear yet, if she will travel with us this summer. Anyway it’s very educated dog, she isn’t used to jump on sofa and bed. She travels with her own bed always.
