Neighbourhood
We live in the quiet and quaint neighborhood of Sarria, in Barcelona. Sarria is old and charming and very local. There are lots of parks nearby for kids and picnics. We are close to all public transportation (bus and metro). Within 20 minutes by public transportation you can be in the mountains, beach, or center of the city.
Nearest airport
BCN - 20 minute taxi ride from the airport.
Getting Around
You can walk to everything. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants and parks nearby. If you don't want to walk you can take public transportation which is easy and inexpensive.

Brooke
We are a couple in our 40s with two young boys (9 and 8yr). We have been living and working overseas as teachers for over over 20 years. We love to hike, exercise, mountain bike, travel and have adventures with our boys! As traveling with young kids can be challenging we would love to find exchanges with similar families.
